- Maintenance Level: The 10 mg strength serves as an established therapeutic maintenance dose for both weight reduction and sleep apnea management.
- Ceiling: The absolute maximum approved dosage limit is 15 mg injected once weekly.
Administration and Safety
- How to Use: Injected under the skin of the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm once every week, any time of day, with or without food.
- Common Side Effects: Nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, and stomach discomfort.
